Le floc (called flower in gascon) white or red is the family traditional aperitif in Gascogne.
Le floc is a mix of white armagnac with no fermented grape juice from the last harvest. Alcohol degree between 16 et 18°C.
White Floc is made with Colombard and Ugni blanc grapes mixed with at least 60°C alcohol degree.white armagnac.
Red Floc is made with Cabernet-sauvignon and Tannat grape.
Must be drunk very cold.
